  • Carpenter & Pavement Ants are mostly treated in the spring in upstate New York. However, they may need to be treated other times of the year if they have already established their nests inside your home.

    2 family: $325+tax 6-month guarantee

  • Standard pricing for Carpenter Ants (homes under 3000sq. ft.)
    * the big ones, sometimes with wings

    1 family: $345+tax 6-month guarantee

    1 family: $445+tax 12-month guarantee
    2 family: $435+tax 6-month guarantee

    *6-month guarantee NOT recommended after September 1st. Carpenter Ants are less active in the fall and it is likely that we won’t be able to eliminate the nest without follow up treatments next year.

  • Standard pricing for an Outside Perimeter-Exterior Spraying (ONLY)

How do I know if I have an ant problem?

Details about our Ant Service:

  • For ant services our technicians do an exterior spray and/or granular around the foundation of your home. On the interior, gel baits and stations are put down in areas where the ants are being seen, out of reach of children and pets. The bait is going to attract the ants. As hard as it would be not to kill the ants-DON’T! We want the ants to bring the bait back to their nest to kill off the nest.

    * Please note people and pets DO NOT need to leave the home for interior ant treatments

  • In some cases, for Carpenter Ants, we may need to drill a small hole into the area of your home where the ants may be nesting or to access their trail to-and-from the nest. Our technicians will use a pesticide dust that will be picked up by the ants and returned to the nest to exterminate it.
  • If the baiting method is ineffective after several attempts an interior spray may be necessary to resolve the problem.

    * All people and pets must be out of home for 2 hours for this type of treatment

  • Standard service applies to homes under 3,000 square feet. Larger homes, commercial buildings, and apartment complexes will require an estimate.
Ant traps

These services are GUARANTEED for the duration of the time purchased from the initial treatment date. After the initial service, we ask you to wait at least two weeks to give the products we use time to work. If you continue to have problems with the pests being treated, we will come back as many times needed within the guaranteed time frame to resolve the problem.
